Transocean Ltd. (NYSE: RIG), one of the world’s largest offshore drilling contractors, is set to report fourth-quarter 2025 earnings and issue a fleet status report after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The consensus estimate calls for EPS of $0.07 on revenue of $1.04 billion. On Friday, $RIG surged $0.51, or 8.46%, to close at $6.54.

Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR), an infrastructure services provider supporting utility, renewable energy, and communications projects, will release its fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 financial figures before the opening bell. Wall Street anticipates EPS of $3.02 on revenue of $7.37 billion. $PWR finished Friday’s session at $524.08, gaining $8.20, or 1.59%.
