The National Junior College Prep (NJCP) Football League is developing a different model, bringing athletes, teams, coaches, media, and community partners together through a connected junior college prep football network.

With teams competing across Eastern and Western conferences, NJCP is creating a nationwide football platform centered on regular-season competition, player development, academic support, and college exposure. NJCP's Eastern and Western conference format gives teams a regional identity while keeping them connected to a broader competition schedule. Players compete against athletes from different football backgrounds while representing their local NJCP organizations throughout the season.

NJCP was created for high school graduates who want to continue playing football while taking additional time to position themselves for a college roster.

Some players need another year of physical development. Others are looking for more game reps, a new position, stronger academic preparation, or an opportunity to put current film in front of college coaches. The league combines regular-season competition with coaching, academic support, tutoring, educational workshops, and access to college pathways. Games are livestreamed, giving athletes additional competition and current game film to build their football profiles.
