Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT) secured a $379,577,128 firm-fixed-price order to produce and deliver eight MH-60R aircraft for the government of Spain. The contract was awarded through a previously issued basic ordering agreement, with Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, overseeing the operation.
$LMT was trading at $433.51 in after-hours, reflecting a slight decrease of $0.63 (-0.15%).
In a separate development, Belden Inc. (NYSE: BDC) has revised its projections following preliminary financial results. The company now anticipates third-quarter 2023 revenues to total approximately $625 million, down from its prior outlook of $675 million to $690 million, and adjusted earnings per share (EPS) to fall within the range of $1.75 to $1.77, as compared to the previous guidance of $1.75 to $1.85. This revised outlook contrasts with the consensus EPS estimate of $1.82 on revenue of $685.19 million for the same period.
