Breaking News: AMC's $325.5M Equity Raise and Draganfly's Defense Orders

AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AMC) said that it successfully raised approximately $325.5 million in new equity capital by selling 40 million shares at an average price of around $8.14 per share, before commissions and fees.
$AMC was trading at $8.92 in pre-market, reflecting a notable increase of $0.68 (+8.25%).
In a separate development, Draganfly Inc. (Nasdaq: DPRO) announced securing its first defense orders from the U.S. Military for its Commander 3 XL drone, a high-endurance, weather-resistant, multirotor UAV designed for easy assembly and rapid deployment.
In pre-market, $DPRO was trading at $0.88, up $0.03 or 2.98%.
