In separate news, Zscaler, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZS) reported fourth-quarter fiscal 2023 earnings of $0.64 per share, beating the consensus EPS estimate of $0.49. The company's quarterly revenues totaled $455.01 million, surpassing analysts' expected revenue of $430.42 million.

For the first quarter of fiscal 2024, Zscaler expects an EPS in the range of approximately $0.48 to $0.49 and revenue between $472 million and $474 million, compared to the consensus EPS estimate of $0.45 on revenue of $464.75 million for the period.

However, a regulatory filing (FORM 4) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) indicates that Zscaler's COO Dali Rajic recently sold company shares at various prices: 4,515 shares at $156.46, 15,385 shares at $157.33 and 2,100 shares at $157.99 (all average price)
