Box, Inc. (NYSE: BOX), a cloud content management and file-sharing company, announced second-quarter fiscal 2024 earnings of $0.36 per share, surpassing the consensus EPS estimate of $0.35. The company's quarterly sales reached $261.43 million, slightly exceeding analysts' projected revenue of $261.12 million.
However, Box anticipates Q3 fiscal 2024 adjusted EPS to fall within the range of $0.37 to $0.38, with revenue expected to be between $261 million and $263 million. This projection contrasts with the consensus EPS estimate of $0.39 on revenue of $265.63 million for the period.
