Lockheed Martin Lands $2.77B+ Contract Modification; Domo Q2 Beats Street, Outlook Falls Short

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT) subsidiary, has secured a $2,774,583,756 fixed-price incentive (firm-target), firm-fixed-price modification to a previous contract. This modification encompasses Lots 7 and 8 block buy contracts, covering a total of 35 CH-53K full-rate production aircraft. Among these, 27 are allocated for the Marine Corps, and eight are designated for the government of Israel. The agreement also includes provisions for associated aircraft and programmatic support, logistical assistance, and spare parts.
The Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, Maryland, is overseeing the contracting activity.
$LMT was trading at $457.00 in after-hours, up $4.45 (+0.98%).
In other news, Domo, Inc. (Nasdaq: DOMO), a technology company specializing in cloud-based data management and analytics solutions, reported a second-quarter fiscal 2024 loss of $(0.02) per share, better than the consensus estimate loss of $(0.09). The company's quarterly sales amounted to $79.70 million, slightly exceeding analysts' projected revenue of $78.90 million.
However, Domo expects a loss for Q3 fiscal 2024 ranging from $(0.14) to $(0.10) per share, in contrast to the consensus estimated loss of $(0.06) per share for the period.
In after-hours, $DOMO was trading at $12.83, down $4.21 (-24.71%).
