Lockheed Martin Secures $1.05B+ Defense Contracts, Northrop Grumman Inks $387M+ Defense Deal

Lockheed Martin Corporation (NYSE: LMT) has been awarded two significant defense contracts. The first contract is a $556,114,935 modification to produce Phased Array Tracking Radar to Intercept on Target Advanced Capability-3. The second contract modification is valued at $501,710,581 for the manufacturing and delivery of an Air-to-Ground Missile System.
Both contracts are overseen by the Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
$LMT closed at $446.37, experiencing a slight decline of $2.63 (-0.59%) on Monday.
In other defense news, Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., a subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC), secured a $387,813,796 contract modification to provide non-recurring engineering efforts for the production of three unique configuration E-2D Advanced Hawkeye aircraft for the Government of France.
The contract is managed by the Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland.
$NOC closed at $445.00 on Monday, down $4.68 (-1.04%)
