IBM's First Quantum Data Center in Europe; Upcoming Key Date for SecureWorks, REV Group, Designer Brands

International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE: IBM), a leading technology company, has announced its plans to establish its first quantum data center in Europe. The primary objective of this data center is to provide enhanced accessibility to state-of-the-art quantum computing for various entities, including businesses, research institutions, and government agencies.
Quantum computing is an advanced technology that utilizes the principles of quantum mechanics to solve highly complex problems that are beyond the capabilities of classical computers.
The new data center will be situated at IBM's facility in Ehningen, Germany, and will function as the European cloud region for IBM Quantum. It is anticipated to commence operations in 2024, equipped with multiple IBM quantum computing systems. These systems will feature utility-scale quantum processors, i.e., those of more than 100 qubits.

On Monday, $SCWX closed at $8.18, reflecting a decrease of $0.19 (-2.27%).
REV Group, Inc. (NYSE: REVG), a specialty vehicle manufacturer, plans to release its second quarter fiscal 2023 results before the market opens.
The consensus estimate for earnings per share (EPS) is $0.18 on revenue of $580.46 million.
On Monday, $REVG closed at $10.81, down $0.33 (-2.96%).
Designer Brands Inc. (NYSE: DBI), a company in the fashion retail industry, will issue its first quarter 2023 earnings before the market opens.
Analysts expect a consensus EPS of $0.25 on revenue of $759.08 million.
$DBI closed at $6.43 on Monday, showing a decrease of $0.41 (-5.99%).
