Las Vegas, NV / CRWE PRESS RELEASE / June 22, 2017 – American Video Teleconferencing Corp. (AVOT) today announces the resignation of its Director and Vice President, Rudy Chacon.
Mr. Rudy Chacon has left the Company to pursue new interests.

The Board will reduce from five to four members.
